I asked for the package to be delivered…
I asked for the package to be delivered on a specficate date. Here we are 2 days after the delivery date and you haven’t even shipped the package yet!!!! Service not so good and not even communication about it. We have heard nothing about when it might be shipped

UPDATE: This basket arrived at my sister's Monday morning, before the wake. They were still home to receive it. It was a lovely arrangement, and the basket itself was beautiful. My sister said out of all of the gifts they had received, her son would have loved the basket my gift came in the best, and it would have been his. She brought it to his wake and funeral, for people to put condolences in. My frustration was certainly more with the delivery, and the tracking. My package was in my sister's state for 3 days before being delivered. GiftTree reached out to me by email and phone also, which was a nice, personal touch. I would recommend this company, and also apologize for my anger- it was unfortunate timing all the way around. >>I do realize we are living in a new age, where packages get delayed and such. And perhaps I am just emotional today, as we are having funeral services for my nephew today and tomorrow. My basket was supposed to be delivered on Friday, which is still the estimated date of delivery. Today is now Monday, and of course the tracking now says 'out for delivery'. It will be delivered to my Sister's house, in the middle of deep woods, and we will all be at the funeral parlour all day and night. I hope the local wildlife enjoy the fruit basket meant for my Sister, who has lost her only child. Very disappointed.
