Highly recommend 40+Fitness!
I found 40+Fitness through a friend who recommend Allan Misner and his podcast. When I reached out to Allan, he was very responsive. He asked me important questions to understand my situation and my particular needs. He has a no pressure style and he listened to my needs. Allan is encouraging, respectful, and very knowledgeable of nutrition, exercise, and personal coaching/training. I agreed to try his 12-week program and had great success. He held me accountable, had excellent advice and was available practically 24/7. Under his guidance, I lost nearly 40 lbs. and found my way back to regular exercise and healthy eating habits.

Weight training
With Allan’s training he pushed me out of my comfort zone and I increased my weight amounts from 50% to 150% depending on muscle groups. I would never have pushed myself that hard without Allan’s personal training. His guidance has given me the tools to continue pushing myself to my maximum capability in my strength training goals. I highly recommend his training programs.

Allan was a phenomenal instructer
Allan was a phenomenal instructer. Hes so good at pushing you to the next level. During the 6 weeks I worked with him I noticed more energy, stamina and could physically see myself getting stronger. I would highly recommend him!

I'm just over halfway through with Coach Allan's 6 week BFFT Program, and I'm so glad I did this for myself! He helps hold you accountable and he's always available by text or email for advice and encouragement. I'm ready to see my results at the end of the program!

I’ve learned so much from Allan as a coach and from his podcasts. He is helping me implement changes in my life to stay healthy and be fit for whatever I want to do. When I’ve had an issue that seems like a big problem, he has suggestions or solutions to work through it. Highly recommend!

The Crush the Holidays Challenge delivered as promised - to keep participants focused and accountable during the time of year when most throw out all self-care/self-control in hopes of doing better next year. This was a very good experience
This was a very good experience. I went into it looking to increase my strength, overall health and physique. I picked up a lot of tools and information during this process. Allan was excellent at giving great advice, suggestions and guidance on helping you achieve your goals and bettering your overall health. I would recommend it though it was my very first time working with a coach or a trainer being online or in person. I would recommend it if you feel you need the added boost or guidance. But remember it is still up to you too do the work.
