My go to shop if I am looking for genuine perfumes . There's a lot of stores selling counterfeit products but in vperfumes I can be assured that the perfumes i bought are original. Additionally, customer service is superb 😍💯

why we have to put even 1 star should be nothing, i order watch online for 1 week they didn’t even inform you that the watch is cancelled!, this is the birthday gift actually but didn’t arrived on that day! this is terrible shop I ever seen!

If there was and option of negative stars i would have selected it. I purchased D&G The One EDP. Shocked to experience that the perfume doesnt stay for 2-3 hours also. It looks like the product is not genuine or some other issue because this edp should stay long. I approached them with a complaint and they said they can investigate only if i have the box. Who keeps the box after opening? So this ploy from them, that they cant help without the box is ridiculous. First time i tried them and i ended in this mess. Now i will check with Economic Dept/Consumer Complaints ,if they can help me in this regard.My advice….dont buy

I bought Top Brand perfumes for 1500 AED during 3 days offer sale... Looks like all are Fake / Duplicate with the original price. I gone through some reviews and responded by Vperfumes stating that will be considering the reviews given by customer. Don't you know whether you are selling Original / Duplicates. I am ready to return all my product can you return by amount. Total product even worth for 500 AED. NOTE: All the perfumes are EDP and not EDT.

Today I went to the Vperfumes shop and I was so excited to buy one of my favourite perfumes from there. But when I checked the fragrance and quality I realised that they are selling fake perfumes at the price of the original. Also, the customer service is awful. So I would recommend buying the original instead of buying fake perfume for a little bit cheaper price.

I’m so really disappointed from this Perfumes Company. It wasn’t a good experience with them. They so delay my orders even thought when I contacted them. I placed my orders on Nov 27 and expected to deliver between Dec 01 - Dec 04 today is Dec 05 and still not get it so I contacted with them so many times. And when I did contact them they apologized and they say the delay it’s because there is one item is missing so It wasn’t my mistake for this missing item. Actually if I didn’t talked with them regarding my order the order will still pending. But what is the benefit I get from them apology? They delayed the order, which embarrassed me to provide the gifts which I should be expected in advance, so circumstances forced me to go to the market and buy other gifts for the national day for my employee. I don’t recommend anyone to deal with them. Even though when I asked them to return some items which I was ordered and getting shocked when I saw the size of them. They said the return can be but there is a charge for return which it’s cost 25 AED fir courier pickup !! It didn’t make sense
