My recent visit on Aug 13th (Branch Sharaf DG) metro station experience with your customer service department. My goal is to provide constructive feedback to help improve your service. As i encountered several issues with customer service. Specifically, the staff member Ashiq and other staffs was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with a product return as there was an issue with bottle leakage which was under waranty within 7 days from the billing date. This experience was frustrating because I had to spend additional time resolving the issue and felt undervalued as a customer. I believe that additional training for your staff on handling customer inquiries could greatly improve the service.
