La plateforme donne pas mal d'options intéressantes avec par exemple une option Démo qui permet de faire pas ses premiers tests Par contre, au niveau support, c'est pour moi assez décevant. Par le passé j'avais déjà eu des lenteurs en terme de réaction. A nouveau je constate le même problème... Impossible d'avoir un retour sur des problèmes techniques... Problèmes sur site et sur l'app.

After a few years of use on and off
Been using the service for a few years on and off. I don't especially believe in Cryptos in general but have tried to play them a few times. 90% of the times, the platform worked normally (orders, history, protections, sending and receiving money). I had one relatively poor experience once where orders did not show fully in "Position" nor "Open Orders" and basically vanished for around 10 hours. History wasn't updating either. Thankfully it didn't matter financially but it made me realize that had I invest lots of money during on of the infamous Crypto destruction, this would have been a different story. The next day Support sent me more explanations about what I could have done, but that wasn't what I've experienced so it will just make me more careful. In the end, 90% of my experience has always been positive with the platform. but bugs can happen and what you do then ? You cannot really prove anything and there is not any clear understanding that there is in insurance or anything. So 4 stars from me as it does the job, it should keep developing. But 1 star less for one bad experience.
