The staff were friendly and experienced. We felt as though nothing could be changed to improve the service. A day nobody looks forward to dealing with was made easier by the staff.

My father's recent service was conducted with great respect. Staff were very kind and helpful with specific requests due to unique family circumstances, for which we were very grateful. Display photographs and music arrangements were easy to arrange, and really enhanced the service. Despite Covid I feel very satisfied that this was a fitting tribute for a dearly loved father.

A beautiful setting for the service, we had everything we wanted for my father's last goodbye. Despite all of the covid rules it was lovely, as a funeral can be. We especially appreciated the photo tribute set to music of my dad. Funeral directors and staff were great at such a sad time. I would recommend anyone, to have their service here.

My husbands funeral service was simply wonderful, he was really well looked after!. The grounds we're beautifully laid out, it was just a luvly final farewell on such a sad day!.

Unfortunately we had to use St Asaph crematorium as my partner who was aged just 56 passed away due to Covid. The crematorium it’s lovely and modern and decor is natural which makes it feel warm and welcoming. Everything was lovely and clean and the grounds in which it stands on are beautiful.

Every Aspect of Our Family’s connection with Nan and everyone we spoke to, has been extremely personal and respectful. There was nothing they didn’t happily do for us at any time. The memorial garden is a wonderful idea and we as a family look forward to sitting next to Dads tree and spending some quiet time reflecting on happy memories. We all felt that everything about the service, facilities etc were entirely appropriate - my brother spoke at my mother’s funeral and the only issue was that he had no microphone since he is in a wheelchair - however I don’t think we communicated that to you and so did not give you an opportunity to make arrangements for that! If covid becomes a much longer issue and numbers are limited - I think being able to see all the people present might be really comforting to viewers unable to attend. We are very grateful for your services and venue, the lighting, the sound and having the slide show of photos and the main projection on the wall were really lovely touches. Many thanks

This service was invaluable not only for family members who because of Covid restrictions we’re unable to attend but also for family and friends shielding. Being able to view the service in a quiet dignified way is a blessing when you have lost a loved one.

We were glad to be able to share our service with family via the Orbitus website and feel this is an excellent facility to offer families. My only disappointment with the service was that the visual tribute was cut short without my being told in advance. If I had been told that it had to be a certain length/ time I would have presented the photos differently. There were photos not displayed of family that were not shown as it was cut shorter. I was a little upset by this.
