This was a lovely setting

This was a lovely setting. Staff were very helpful and kind. The facilities, such as the slideshow of photographs in the background and the ability for a friend to send in a video tribute, especially during this time of reduced numbers being allowed to attend a service, was really good. The live webcam of the service was also a really useful addition. Very pleased to have used Denbighshire Cremation and Burial Park for our loved one

A sad day but a lovely send off for our family member, this crematorium was beautiful and tranquil. We never felt rushed as you do in most crematoriums and it made a bad day a little easier.

A lovely place In which to say a final…

A lovely place In which to say a final goodbye to my mum. Full of light and everything I asked for was done perfectly... The only negative was that unfortunately the live stream of the service didn’t work although the recording was available quickly. I believe the stream and record is provided by an independent company though.

Exceptional service

We visited the crematorium on the anniversary of my Mum`s passing and went to enquire about a memorial. The lady, Nan, was so lovely and understanding of what my Dad wanted and spent time with us, getting to know us, hear about Mum and walking round the grounds with us explaining what the different areas were for and what we could have and how the gardens were looked after. A memorial was decided upon on our first visit and the admin/paperwork, contact etc since then until the memorial was in place was first class. Nan and other staff we met there, made a very difficult task less upsetting and more straight forward than what we thought it would be. Cannot thank Nan and her team enough for their help, empathy and support.

A wonderful experience

The Chapel is light, airy and very comfortable and my Mum's Service was conducted seemlessly. The Memorial Gardens are absolutely beautiful, tranquil & exceptionally well maintained by Aled the gardener, who takes great pride in his work. The office Manager Nan, and her team including Sue organised my Mum & Dad's internment with great sensitivity and kindness & met my every need.- They are lovely people. I would also like to commend Aled the gardener who showed great sensitivity with the internment itself. I'm very pleased that my parents ashes are resting in such a lovely setting, which is beautifully cared for. Thank you all so very much. Laurance Eccleston

A peaceful and beautiful Garden

The memorial park is a peaceful and tasteful garden. Which is beautifully tended. The staff are kind patient and empathetic, nothing is too much trouble. It is a relief and comforting to know that the memorial chosen will be looked after when I can not get there myself.

Beautiful grounds & so peaceful.

Beautiful grounds & so peaceful. Office lady and groundsman very helpful to me. Due to no service on prior to my uncles funeral I asked if I could go inside the building to practice my poem-which helped me immensely on this sad day. Thank you.

Lost my mother over a year and half ago…

Lost my mother over a year and half ago and didn’t have anywhere to spend time or even lay flowers down for her so decided to get a memorial at the crematorium. Met with Nan who was very helpful, showed us all the different memorials we could choose from and shown us some that were already in the garden. Upon finally choosing what we wanted she was always there to help proceed with the slate engraving and replied very quickly when we need some questions answering. Great staff. Love the garden as it’s given me somewhere to remember my mother.
