Good experience over all thus far. Items well packaged, competitive pricing and good shipping costs. Only beef I have so far is the frieght company they choose to ship with was extremely slow and required many calls to keep on top of shipment. Overall it took two weeks for items to arrive!

I purchased a canopy fabric and topper replacement fabric. I had questions about why you measure the one item one way and the other item the opposite way. Not only did I get a quick answer but I got a guide on where to find the serial numbers on all Dometic products. I'm sure it was an easy task but greatly appreciated. For this reason alone, I will use Dyers for all my RV needs. All my products arrived unharmed and on time. Everything fit perfectly. Thank you

Found online while looking for a somewhat uncommon part. I called and talked to someone personally and followed up with a couple of emails while they researched what I needed. Once I had the part number, I could have gotten it a couple bucks cheaper on Amazon, but I ordered it from them because of their OUTSTANDING customer service. Way to go Dyers!
