My package arrived damaged and with a part missing to an anti-sway hitch. Communication with Dyers was not a problem. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The missing part was quickly sent out after confirming package damage. Great price, great service...just what I would expect.

You had the parts I needed but I had to buy a whole kit when I only needed three of the parts but what can we do but buy what the manufacturer packages. Thanks for getting here so quickly, had it before the original estimated delivery.

Beware of the Abominable Snowman

I ordered the Lippert Components Double Underchassis Storage System #91019 from Dyers RV Parts and Accessories to mount under my 2010 Keystone Hideout. I will probably put 2 on my HIdeout but wanted to start with one to see how well I like it. I ordered this from Dyers because their price (which included Free Shipping) was better than anyone. The storage system came by freight and was delivered in a timely manner. I was a little surprised to open the box and just see the storage system - no packing material - nothing. I got the system out of the box and immediately noticed the drawers had some gray/white splotches everywhere, as if this thing was sitting out in the weather. It's going to mount under my RV, so I tried not to let it bother me, but when I also noticed that two of the mounting brackets are bent (not something easy to just bend back into place,) I was a little peeved to say the least. I mean, if I am going to pay almost $400 for something, I don't expect it to look like the Abominable Snowman barfed on it while standing on two of the mounting brackets. I haven't attempted to mount the thing yet - still really ticked about the mounting brackets being bent downwards. Not sure if the Snowman barf and bent mounting brackets had anything to do with the Shipping and Handling process, but, if it did, my recommendation to Dyers is to give a little more effort in the preparation of your stuff before it leaves your possession. Even if you did this and charged a little more, you'd still be cheaper on this item. (I would like to think that it was the S&H process and that Dyers doesn't allow items in this condition to ship out from their place, but the box wasn't damaged, so you decide.) Because of the issues involved with the storage system from Dyers, if I decide to order another, I will probably pay more somewhere else and hope that the Abominable Snowman only resides at Dyers and that the condition of one from somewhere else will be better. ** UPDATE: I installed the storage unit under my Keystone Hideout and the bent brackets did "bend" back into place as I drilled them to the shims. I used 3/8th" Grade 8 steel bolts. I had no problems at all installing it by myself and it took 15-20 minutes from start to finish. I used blocks that I built up to hold the storage unit in place under the RV and just drilled my holes and then secured. (If you use good quality drill bits (and drill) - in my case DeWalt Hard Steel Drill Bits and drill- you should have no problem at all.) I've added a star to the review since the bent brackets were able to go back into place during installation (but, if they were bent any further, I would not have trusted the metal's integrity.) However, given the price of this item and the lack of preparation for shipping, I am keeping the review at 3 stars.

Ordered a washer/dryer on Sunday evening and received it on Tuesday morning. I was expecting it to take maybe a week because it was truck freight. Definitely will use Dyers RV again. Unbelievable service!!!!
