The item I ordered was as advertised and I am satisfied with it. The shipper, Reddaway, was very unprofessional. They did not adhere to my delivery instructions, so my delivery was a day late. My item was a couch and the delivery driver did not have a lift gate or even a dolly to move the item. He asked my girlfriend to help him unload it as I was working. The couch was damaged during transit or delivery and I am working with Dyers RV on a resolution.
