after reeving my product i notice that i received the right bast of the light fixture and the wrong shade , not wat was shown on their web site. after calling about 10 times and getting busy signal finally the massage i got from my phone was that the phone # did not exist, tried to do a chat on line and it said to leave a massage witch i did and never herd back from them, that is when i decided to get in touch with the Arizona attorney general and B.B.B, the only thing i got was on email saying that some one will get in touch with me, still i have not herd form dyers expt for this survey.

I have ordered a few items from Dyers’s. All but one have been exactly what I needed and delivered as promised. The one item involved a leveler leg that had been discontinued by Lippert. I had talked to Lippert direct and though the item had been discontinued they still had four left in stock. I got the part number and gave it to Dyer. Dyer ordered the part. Three days later I get an email from Dyer that the order had been canceled because the part had been discontinued. I received a follow up call from a very understanding lady at Dyer who had spoken to Lippert and verified they did have the part and that she would contact her shipping department and have them reinstate the order. Another three days go by and I receive another email from Dyer that the order had been canceled. I also get a phone call from the same lady at Dyer apologizing for the problem and she could not understand why her shipping department was not able to fulfill the order. Between her and I we determined that either there was just a communication break down between the two shipping departments or that Lippert did not want to provide the item. I decided to place the order directly with Lippert. My only issue was that Lippert was charging me 100% retail which made the cost of the item $100 more. And that I lost two weeks trying to obtain the item. I will still use Dyer for my motor home parts but just wish this one had gone a little smoother. The lady I spoke with I believe tried her best and I did very much appreciate the phone calls explaining the situation versus just getting an email stating the order had been canceled

I made an order, and then didn't hear from anybody for considerable time and finally tried to get some info and found out there was a problem. bad comuacation all in all bad service. Still waiting for order.
