I purchased a white gold garnet ring for my partners birthday. I must admit at first we were both wary about buying an expensive piece of jewellery via the internet and without trying it on, also the company is based in Los Angeles. We needn’t had worried from ordering the ring we received excellent support via web chat from various advisors on the full process. We even had to send the ring back for resizing. The customer support from start to finish has been of the highest standard. It’s a pity more companies don’t follow their business model particularly around customer service. The ring is a beautiful quality and by far the best we have seen in the high street or on the internet. Definitely recommend this company and we will have no hesitation in ordering further items from them. Thanks to everyone at Angara for their dedication and valued support.

Was sollte einen Verlobungsring auszeichnen? Nun, er ist langlebig, weil man ihn jeden Tag trägt. Sollten Diamanten herausfallen? Absolut nicht. Ein fiel aber heraus. Nach einem halben Jahr! Wenn man die Situation bei Angara meldet, bieten sie Reparaturen - aber man muss dafür natürlich bezahlen... Wir werden den Ring woanders reparieren, denn da wir sowieso zahlen müssen, ist es besser, wenn das jemand macht, der sich damit auskennt, damit das nicht nochmal passiert. Wenn man einen Ring für seine Liebste kaufen möchte, sollte es einer sein, der ihr jeden Tag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert und nicht an einem Tag... Traurigkeit! PS Ich bin Gosia und nicht Jakub...

Firstly the rings are stunning. I habe the single butterfly bypass diamond ring and the emerald (always wanted one),with a butterfly either side. The presentation box blew my mind! I couldn't believe it lit up!y free gifts are beautiful, especially the garnet necklace and earrings - my birthstone. Just beautiful. Thank you. Delivery was very quick and easy to track. Unfortunately one of the diamonds has fallen out of the wing of the bypass butterfly and the return policy is such a drama. I only have a smart phone, no laptop, printer or anything helpful. Please advise me on the easiest way to return for repair. I noticed that I got a certificate of authenticity for the emerald ring but not the bypass butterfly. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
