I've gotten all of my wife's rings from here, and most recently the one I chose had to be re-sized. Amazing customer service that made the re-sizing process simple and put my mind at ease! I always recommend Angara to anyone that asks me about rings! Beautiful quality and affordable prices!

Amazing customer care and beautiful jewellery!!

Beautiful Jewellery at a reasonable price! Amazing after care after having my order missed on delivery three times but the customer care sorted everything without any issues at all. It’s the second time I’ve ordered from Angora and wouldn’t hesitate to order again and also recommend to family and friends. Well done all at Angara for a great service!!

The jewelry is high quality

The jewelry is high quality. Except one of the posts on the earrings was defective. Was not an issue at first. My wife likes to wear earrings when she sleeps but these were too big. She could not release it easily and it hurt her ear. I don't know if Angara is a good value. Ordering and shipping fast. Customer service not so much. We returned the earrings for that issue plus they were too heavy and led to some discomfort. The return process online was not user friendly. So I called customer service. Getting a human was pretty fast. They sent me link for the return label. The link didn't work. I called back in later. Got another agent. She was condescending and made some comments that you don't tell a person that you don't know. She said they would send another link. They never did. I got angry and finally figured out how to do it online but it wasn't easy. The return was quick and they gave me a full refund immediately. So I think that it is a reputable firm.

Angara Jewellery - worth looking at for great products.

Easy to order, great product, got a free gift that was relevant on an offer, the packaging is excellent and there is touch of genius inside the box which I don't want to spoil for everyone! Emailed to thank them for their great service and got a lovely response too! Sure they are busy, it's nearly Christmas, but they took the time. Looking for jewellery then Angara are so worth looking into and see what they have for your loved one. Thank you Angara, and Matt (Cust Service Manager) you made my day also! order not fulfilled and radio silence

Angara stated “guaranteed Christmas delivery” on their website and on the order page for my specific order. The order was due for delivery today and is still in production. The chat feature (the only way to get real time communication) said delivery is 3-5 days from shipment so I will not receive before Christmas. They told me yesterday “it will definitely ship today”, it did not. They told me today “it will definitely ship today”, it has not. I requested a call from the customer experience team and was told at 8am someone would call me in a few hours. I waited until late afternoon, no one called. So I am out £700 with no gift, and no update. Just simply not good enough. I shall be disputing the charge with my credit card company seeing as no one at Angara seems willing to actually communicate. False advertising of guaranteed Christmas delivery is unacceptable.

Customer Service Reflective of the…

Customer Service Reflective of the Investment you are making. When I placed my order, I did not realize that signature would be required for delivery. After several missed attempts I was notified the package was being returned to sender. Angara's customer service were able to get the package re-routed and successfully delivered before Christmas. The gemstones are beautiful.

Couldn't have asked for more

Really happy I chose Angara. Fundamentally, the products looks great. The higher-quality gems are worth the little extra, night and day difference. I had a few questions regarding delivery, and nothing was too much trouble to ask. I had a minor quality control question, and they were able to answer it and provide solutions. Very happy with how efficiently they were able to solve my issue. Steve in customer service helped, and also send a follow-up email to confirm details, perfect.
