Although I am pleased with the items I have purchased, I will definitely look elsewhere. I would prefer to have the 'best price' on the items I actually wish to purchase; I don't want 'free' items I have no real desire to wear. Another issue with the purchase prices is the waste in expensive packaging that seems totally unnecessary. The stones should look wonderful in natural light, as that is the greater part of how they will be viewed. Why would I want a lighted box that only makes the jewelry look great while inside? The stone(s) / jewelry should speak for itself; it should look great when worn in normal lighting conditions. Normal, secure packaging and 'best price' on jewelry with no 'free' items would go a long way for me to purchase again.

I was not satisfied with my ring after resizing. Yosh Mathew from Angara London and his colleague in LA office have given me their prompt helps and requested a new ring for me to replace the faulty one.

My parcel was stolen however Customer Service sent me another item even before investigation was finished. Im very greatful. Highly recommended. Thanks

My Husband surprised me on New Year 2020 with what is now my Most favourite piece of jewellery from here after a long period of being poorly. Unfortunately this year 2024 I chipped the opal that is in my ring, it was only a small chip but it upset me because of how much I love this ring and what it means to me so I contacted Angara to ask if the could possibly replace the Opal but wasn’t hopeful they could or even would after 4 years but they contacted back straight away and agreed to do it! I was absolutely delighted and surprised they would after all this time. After sending my ring back to them they kept me updated on every phase from them receiving it to being inspected by they’re jeweller, to starting the repair, right up until they had packed up up ready to dispatch to me. From start to finish it took only two weeks. I received it on Friday and it’s perfect! It’s like new again. I had to contact them to let them know how happy I was and this is what I wrote. Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I received my ring back today and to say how pleased I am with the repair on it! It looks beautiful and I’m so happy to have it back and looking like it was when I first received it. You have done a beautiful job and made my Husbands and I year.
