Worst Experience
My partner had an extremely disappointing experience with Angara in regards to a faulty ring purchased just over a year ago. One of the claws snapped, and it took several months for the company to even agree to inspect the ring. Despite the defect being evident, Angara initially insisted that the repair would be at our expense, claiming the issue was due to "wear and tear" because the ring was nearly two years old—ignoring the fact that much of the delay was due to their own slow response. It is unreasonable for a ring to suffer such significant wear in such a short time, and the comparison made by their customer service, likening this to a car breaking down, was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Eventually, Angara agreed to cover the repair, but when the ring was returned, it arrived in a dirty condition, adding further disappointment to an already poor experience. Throughout this process, there was no accountability or apology from Angara. Given the importance of reputation and customer satisfaction, I expected much better service from a company in the jewelry industry. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would advise others to carefully consider their options before purchasing from Angara.
