The order was dealt with promptly, although there was something that had broken off, when I reported it Potters again sorted this out very quickly, which I was grateful for. So well done Potters Cookshop!

Went to collect an item of le creuset for my son for his birthday. It was ordered for collection. Staff were very friendly and gave the advice needed and were really passionate about their family store and items. I came away actually feeling like I was a customer that was listened to and had had a personal shopping service. Fantastic place. Can’t rate it enough.

Ordered one day and it was despatched straight away, arriving the next day. All securely packed to prevent damage, excellent.

Had a problem with the age verification it wasn’t working that well his was with because i was buying knives which i can understand why they need to do this But i will say the delivery was very quick and i am so pleased with my buy
