It is nice to support a family business which has been going since 1909. I have been in the shop a few times, as I lived in Rayleigh which is nearby, and my sister lived in Hockley, where Potters is located, for 48 years. A lovely shop. Was pleased to see it is still going strong. I recently moved to Berkshire and have just bought a couple of items from them. Everything was very well packed and delivery was quick.

Price was the lowest I found so good value. Had a lovely thank you follow up email. This is a small family owned business and I like to support this type of company. Items arrived quickly and we packaged in re-purposed packaging. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend 😊
