We had a wonderful time in this cute but stylishly fitted cottage. Location is perfect.

Our three properties have been with Luxury Cottages since it was founded by Alistair and Michelle and I can’t sing their praises highly enough! I used to advertise with different agencies and airbnb, but decided that the service that I received from the team at Luxury Cottages is so brilliant that I now only use them. Great communication from an owner’s perspective and having spoken to numerous happy guests over the years, both sides are getting a great service from LC. Well done team and look forward to working with you for many years to come!

My housekeepers called me just after my LC guests had left and she reported the following to me: Bottom bed sheets had to be thrown away as human/dog waste all over them and housekeeper could not get these brown stains out. One bed pillow same as the above, looks like wee and more all over it and smelt terrible, also pillow case thrown out. Scratches all through the bungalow at lower level, which is door frames, door and walls it was like someone was maybe in a wheelchair, my doors are not wheelchair friendly or wide enough so I am assuming this is why the scratches are all through the house, awaiting bill from decorator. The Cotswold Company chest of drawers has had layers of paint come off it, so this is right down to the undercoat. I was informed the house absolutely stank of urine and worse and they had never experienced anything like this. So basically some new linen, a painter and odd job man, a new Cotswold Company chest of drawers and a thorough deep clean. I forwarded images to LC of the damage and was informed that they would pay me £200 which is £150 damage waiver and a goodwill gesture of £50, I am obviously not happy with this as I also had to postpone next guests as the bungalow could not have a same day changeover due to all of the above. Personally I do not think this is a response I would expect from a "Luxury Cottage" letting agency. From one very unhappy owner

A lovely spacious house in Rhos on Sea exactly as described on the Luxury Cottages website. Great period features and character decor coupled with all modern requirements. Plenty of outdoor space too and good roadside parking. All 3 generations felt really at home here.

My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous holiday and will definitely be booking again with you.

This property is a real gem - well designed and light with quality furnishings throughout. Good size for us and our two dogs, yet still felt cosy. The cottage garden is very private and beautifully planted, with the hot tub a very nice touch. Photos do not do the place justice! One of our dogs is a rescue and very nervous around people / new places - yet he was very happy from the start and we felt really relaxed in secure surroundings as a result. Lovely walks nearby; great pubs and thanks to Philippa for the recommendations, home made cake and fresh eggs! We will return...

Great location and facilities. Very happy with communication before and during our stay. Everyone we met was friendly and went the extra mile. Would recommend a stay at one of their cottages.

We stayed at Hidden Orchard in Tattenhall and we absolutely loved it. We would love to visit again, the pod and the hot tub was amazing, our dog Hugo loved the space and freedom in our own garden. It was very private and it was a lovely place to stay.
