What a wonderful stay. Charming & luxurious at the same time, with generous hosts and incredible gardens and land to explore. The children loved the hot tub and swing ball and the space to run around. Would definitely highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful Lodge, spotless and very relaxing. No mainstream tv was unusual but was ok for us just wish we had known in advance. Didn’t use the hot tub and outdoor pool had hoped to but I guess these will be more set up and cleaned when the summer comes. My husband is a bit of a foodie the kitchen was a dream but we did have to buy a pan when visiting in York as there was only two basic ones and we needed 3. at £1600 plus for 3 nights in the winter it’s pushing it a bit I’m sure in the summer this property is worth it and we would return as this property is a similar quality to our own home.

We had a lovely few days staying in Pheasant Cottage. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Warm and cosy with 3 bedrooms perfect for our family of 5. Our boys loved the swing ball provided in the garden and there was a handy out house to store the bikes. Lovely outdoor seating and table which caught the afternoon sun and games and jigsaws inside to keep us occupied. The grounds are beautiful and worth an explore. There is a good 5k running loop round the village I discovered and plenty of walking and cycling routes. Alderford lake is close by as is Bear pub where we had a fabulous meal. We hope to be back later in the year.

Roz from Luxury Cottages was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She helped us find a cottage for a family of four in the Cotswolds. The Coach House was to a very high standard and the owners added many personal touches including a welcome basket with many basic essentials from the local farm shop. Anne and John even put small Easter Eggs for our boys. Would not hesitate to recommend the Coach House or Luxury Cottages.

Received good and efficient service from Luxury Cottages and was very pleased with my booking experience. The house was even better in person! Honiton Manor is an incredibly special place to be lucky enough to stay!
