Recently bought a jacket for my husband which didn’t arrive. I sent an email to explain that I hadn’t received it, I was slightly concerned as it was low in stock when I bought it so didn’t think I would be able to get a replacement. I received a reply from Afua at customer services who was able to establish that DPD had mislaid the package and arranged for another jacket to be sourced and sent out. The jacket arrived today, my husband is delighted with it and I am delighted with the exceptional standard of customer service I received from Afua who kept me informed at every stage of the process! Will definitely buy from the company again. Highly recommended.

I had a very good e-commerce experience, mainly due to the customer service. I was shopping on a mobile format and my order didn't trigger an email with my order, however Afua who managed this was able to supply all missing info. Overall had a good web experience and I am happy to do it again, I'll be even happier when I can shop in the London store again!
