I ordered an item during the week-end and received an email on the next monday telling me that the item was no longer available in my size, I was very disappointed but had an exchange with someone from the customer service for a switch on size . The result was - this person was very friendly -She gave me good advise -At the end I received the item a size up but it was good because it was a slim fit. Thanks -
