Large size was far too big, medium is far too small and do not measure the sizes indicated. You have to pay double postage each time. I won’t be ordering again

Easy to put on

Very quick dispatch. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item but the refund came through the following day and the correct item was delivered the day after that! Cannot fault the service. Top banana.

Completely unsuitable to someone with difficultly putting on trousers. Really disappointing. Return process also difficult, requiring being able to go to a post office within their opening times. Most companies have the confidence in their products to include a pre-paid label or system to allow a label to be printed out at an appropriate shop or post office. Really disappointing for clothing aimed at those with reduced mobility and capabilities.

Order arrived incorrect size and quantity, awaiting refund for these items and having to return the incorrect items. Disappointing. The item sent did look good quality just no use to me.

Very good service and quality bra, but sadly the item didn’t fit so will be returning.

Lovely comfy pants for my elderly Mum who wanted knickers with soft leg elastic that doesn't dig into her.

Very good. The Tracksuit Bottoms with full side zips do the job properly and are easy to remove — unlike some products which only unzip 99% of the length!
