I have an appointment for them to look at one chair that is making a noise when rising

The team were very helpful and helped me get value for money. The chair was not too big for my small front room, as promised by the agent. Accuracy in description is vital when buying remotely. I am thoroughly enjoying my very comfortable riser recliner and feel future proofed for potential mobility problems

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Didn’t show up for appointment, have phoned them 4 times, all say I’ll get back to you with answers ( still waiting). If they let you down at this stage, I’m glad I now know what a rubbish firm this is, and haven’t ordered a bed through them.

Set the bed up and explained how to use the remote controls very helpful

It's perfect, I sleep better and I'm happy, what more could I ask for.
