ORDERING ONLINE I ordered a chest freezer online, paid in full and received an email to say that it would "probably" be ready for collection by a date 2 weeks later. I had to ring and find out that there was no stock in Australia and told it would be 2 weeks before any arrived. Two weeks later after phone calls, not all returned, was told that it was on its way, but then a week later I was told that Fisher and Paykel were not bringing a shipment into Australia for another 2 weeks. After almost 6 weeks from ordering it was agreed that we would take another brand of freezer, a different size but it was sourced quickly. The people handling the online orders we friendly and polite but there are obvious issues with stock from Fisher and Paykel. Having a way of determining availability quickly and accurately would help - or just buy in store.

Joyce Evitts was fantastic

Joyce Evitts bent over backwards and went above and beyond to assist us in being able to get the new washing machine we desperately needed on rental. We were very appreciative of the way Joyce kept us informed during what turned into about 3 hours of back and forth with finance. Many thanks Joyce, you are a treasure
