A great store to shop for your needs.

The folk at Radio Rentals are genuinely helpful whenever I attend the Munno Para Store. Not only do they have a sound knowledge of the product they offer, they go out of their way to ensure that I get the best deal possible.

unprofessional liars

Radio rentals coffs harbour ...Very unprofessional. Waited over 10 months for product under warranty i was still having to make payments on, finally recieved laptop nearly a year later to find it was broken once again constantly froze . Now they refuse to pay me what they have stolen,, their words are completely different to what is written in black and white in the contract. I will be seeing these crooks in court. They prey on the vulnerable and are an absolute disgrace. See you in court

My fridge/freezer broke down just days…

My fridge/freezer broke down just days before Christmas day and I went to the new store at Marion and spoke to a friendly and very informative sales person named William who helped me find the right fridge/freezer and had it delivered the next day. If you need to buy anything go see the friendly staff at Marion that listens to what you are looking for and bend over backwards to help you..........I recommend this store and staff hands down .....

After being a top grade customer for…

After being a top grade customer for years, I was subjected to feeling like a woman of the 1950s having to get the microwave put into my husband name or get him to buy it outright. I have always paid out my accounts in advance and so quickly. I have always had credit in my accounts so I could avoid making payments for months ahead too. But because I get a lesser amount of money than my husband and yes he pays a majority of the major Bill's, and I pay others according to you I wasnt able to rent a $189 microwave at $4 a week. Next time I will wait and buy from harvey Norman's instead.

Over all I found the experience to be satisfactory to excellent except in one area,what appeared to be poor communication between employees.Upon finding your email regards stocktake sale I rang my local store and ordered the fridge I wanted,about a week later after hearing nothing I went into the store and asked what was happening.The person I spoke with,I knew and had been treated well by her over the years.Because her name was the same as the person I spoke to on the phone,I assumed they were one & the same even though she was puzzled regards my query.So we went ahead & ordered another fridge,the wrong one due to more confusion regards the colour & size.I later discovered this when viewing my bank account on the internet,& immediately rang your Adelaide office & was told to go into my local store & it be gladly sorted.Which it was.But all this happened because of 2 employees with the same name which I did not know,& what I consider a lack of communication between employees (one of these employees evidently left after my phone order) But despite all this stuffing around,I found your company & your employees to be honest & fair.I eventually got the fridge I wanted @ the price it was advertised at when I placed my original order.Your company sent 3 fridges to my local store because of this lack of clear communication between 2 employees.I happy with the end result,& would recommend your company to others. Thank You Yours Sincerely,John M.Marshall

Commendation to the delivery guys.

Very simple process from checkout to delivery. Well done especially to the delivery guys even though they didn't have to dispose of the fridges' cardboard box.
