The experience that I had was great and that is why I keep going back the staff at the Clearance center at prospect is helpful and understanding to my needs thanks

Team Elizabeth went above and beyond with there service for me and I would definitely recommend talking to Steve there!!! The Manager is also very helpful and got me a better deal.

I have given 3 stars because original visit was appalling, the salesman was far too pushy and kept telling us what products we "could and couldn't" look at, we ended up with a fridge that was too tall. So for this I give 1 star, the reason they got 3 was because the store manager fixed us up with awesome customer service.

I would like to let you know that Kurtis at the Munno Para has exceptional customer service. He helped me choose a new TV & after I had purchased I had a question so popped into the store next day & he was only to happy to help. Then yesterday I bumped in shops & he stopped to ask how my 1st day back at work after breaking 3 ribs.

Delivery was quick...and free! The drivers were excellent and quickly moved the lounge to where I wanted it, unpacked it and took the rubbish away...all in under 10 minutes.
