Radio Rentals were fantastic however the delivery instructions were firmly noted but phone numbers were not adhered to. Unfortunately our delivery was later than expected because we had to renegotiate days and dates as there was confusion with who to ring even though the instructions and phone number to call on the day were written down by the sales representative. We have our goods now,so all is OK. Thanks

Radio Rental has changed from back when there weren't a very good place to rent anything from them. I wouldn't ever deal with them but there are changed for the better. Easy people top deal with and can't do enough to help you. I give them a 4/5 only because no-one is perfect but they are close.

Great in store service and delivery was good

The store was more than happy to store my credit card details insecurely. Printed out on a piece of paper at the counter. Illegal let alone illogical. While they removed the paper when I requested there was no interest in fixing their process or storing all the other card details securely.
