Team at Colonnades are awesome

Team at Colonnades are awesome, extremely helpful, friendly & welcoming, really listen to you and try to always deliver exactly what you're after. Fantastic Customer Service /communication. Goods I rent (5) are great - love them. Delivery person was wonderful friendly, punctual, polite, careful with item, installed item properly, didn't leave a mess. Have always dealt with Radio Rentals - very happy thank you to all.

I found the service excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Their price match policy was honoured immediately with the required evidence. There was no pressure and the staff were very knowledgeable in the products.

They listen to what you need and what it is for and also give you options. Also they are there for any queries you have. Explain the benefits and everything that comes with the rental and the product.

Scammers for extra fees!!!

You want a review.... hmm I was told my old items were going to be removed at the same time as my new items (purchased a fridge and washing machine) were being delivered. Sales man failed to order this. I was supposed to get a direct debit from my account on the 5th, never happened ...watched my account nothing..... being new to RR wasn't sure if maybe I got it wrong. On the 7th received a phone call asking why I haven't paid.... I informed her you have my account number and authorisation to deduct.... so hmm whose is at fault... I told her I would Bpay it straight away and sent her a text message back to say its paid. I received a letter dated the 7th...why send a letter after talking to me... saying I haven't paid so Ill now incur a $40 fee for late payment.... PIGS BUTT I WILL or I will take it further. I will not come back to RR after am done, no wonder you get bad reviews.
