Warehouse was very difficult to find…

Warehouse was very difficult to find entrance not well sign posted. Where sign said to go was the exit and you couldn't get in and out easily with a trailer.

Easy process

Easy process, salesperson was great, my only issue was he told us something that was quite correct when reading the T&C’s but one quick call fixed that (long delay for answer though). Installation smooth and timely on the day

There is no customer service :(

Our dryer broke and we asked for a loan dryer as the repair would take 2-4 working days. When the workmen took away the current dryer they also took the ducting system that took the hot air/dust away from our kitchen (I was obviously not there to stop this). This ducting system we had personally purchased and installed at our own cost. As a result the dryer cannot be used as it just blows hot air/dust straight into kitchen. On the expected day of delivery we could not get through to find out when the new dryer would be arriving and left 4 messages. No one ever called back. Today we have been calling all day (literally 9 calls) to find when we get the old dryer back have and left 3 messages and still non one calling back. Horrible service.
