RADIO RENTALS DO NOT REWARD LONG TIME CUSTOMERS I have been a customer of RRs for more than 20 years, in that time I have made at least 15 purchases (on interest free) of varying amounts. When I advised this to the salesperson and asked for a discount, or to throw something in, I was told 'unfortunately we don't have much room to move as this item is basically being sold at cost'. When I showed her an advertisement for Appliances Online who are selling the same Fisher & Paykell fridge for $300 less, she went very quiet, but still didn't budge. At that point if I had the cash to spend, I would have walked out and bought it there, but as I wanted interest free payment terms I still went with them. The fridge was the same price at Harvey Norman, but I went back to RRs out of loyalty. Unfortunately they didn't show me the same loyalty. Next time I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.
