Item not received

I was a little confused about signing up for 'Premium' again this year so I phoned the company. The staff member was most professional and helpful.

Good website with a large selection of products. You need to register your email to buy. If you’re an existing customer the prices are not discounted, as advertised if you goggle them. Delivery not the fastest to Ireland I’m still waiting for my products, 5 working days later.

It used to be a good company with a lot of products. Now many products that I used to buy,are missing.there is no description of products. With some of the deliveries, the "up to 3 samples" are missing completely.

I would highly recommend Parfumdreams. They have a wide range of products which are excellent and their prices are very competitive. Their service was brilliant and they kept me informed by emails the various stages of transport. Overall a great company to order from. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I was a loyal customer for a year, until they mixed up my order and sent the wrong item . I contacted their customer service and they advised to send it back , the return was supposed to be free but I had to pay for posting. Two months gone and no refund whatsoever, I try to follow my case but getting useless e-mails in response. Never ever again I'm going to order from them. Pure scammers !!
