I ordered perfume on 9th September for a Birthday present. Order sent by Royal Mail but never arrived. Message from Royal Mail saying returned to Sender. Despite constant phone calls and e-mails I cannot get a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A REFUND FOR ANY REASON

If I could score 0 stars I would. *BEWARE* Company based in Germany, so if you need to return either perfume or aftershave from the UK for a refund you have no chance! These are Prohibited items now to ship internationally from the UK using Parcel Force (which is the prepaid returns form they provided). Website doesn't make this clear, and the customer service team are useless and unhelpful. So I am now left an unwanted item I physically can't return for a refund.
