The nurse was excellent. She was obviously experienced and knowledgeable with travel advice. She was welcoming, friendly and had all the time in the world to discuss all things travel. Our vaccinations were expertly carried out. Thank you.

Great advice and easy to book holiday vaccines

Received a call 2 hours before scheduled appointment to inform me that they did not have the specific vaccination in stock. The appointment was made at least 3 weeks before so to inform me 2 hours before and having to reschedule highlights incompetence, poor planning and inexcusable management practices.

It was efficient and informative.

Useful and helpful consultation. Only (small) complaint is that I had to wait longer than expected.

Lovely staff, very quick and professional, reasonable prices. Only thing I’d say is I booked in for a flu vaccine which was an available option on the site but staff were a bit confused as they said they usually only do travel vaccinations. They were so kind however and gave me the flu vaccine anyway, so I think this is just a problem with communication between whoever controls the booking process and the clinic itself.
