I have bought an electric trolley, driver, 3 wood, balls etc. all in separate transactions. The website is great and has clubs that I have received the next day that American golf said it couldn’t get for months. The points system actually gives you money off subsequent purchases. If only all companies were as helpful and efficient as this! Ordered a set of ladies clubs online - arrived in less than 48 hours but unfortunately the driver had a manufacturing fault. Quick call and a replacement set (not exactly the same but very similar) was dispatched the same morning and arrived by DPD the next day (who also picked up the faulty set) Super customer service! I had to return a faulty item and the customer service that I received was excellent. Within 2 days of my returning the goods, I was telephoned personally and given various options. I elected to take a different product and there was no quibbling whatsoever. My replacement products turned up the following day. If only everyone was as good as this !
