I ordered a new golf trolley from Complete Golf, unfortunately they were let down by Power Kaddy with deliveries (as every other outlet was) but Complete leant me a rental cart until mine arrived, now that’s what I call customer service, they had it delivered to my door and collected when my new one was delivered.
