Well, easy to navugate and purchase travel insurance. If can add repartriate to country of origin instead of country of residence that would be even more great if some people prefer to repartriate to country of origin pending on request

Three days after paying for the policy I am still waiting for a copy of the policy inspite of sending two reminders....do you call this good service and you want me to give you a good rating ? not done.

Everything is easy

Never received formal policy on my email, I tried within their system to get it using my email and password and no information either. I contacted customer service in order to get it but I was contacted after my return. So if you need formal policy as proof in order to travel, this is not the place.

Confirmation email took a long time and was worried that it didn’t come through

No confirmation of purchase for over 24 hours. Was not able to create an online account for close to a day. Your web portal was confusing. All these give me low confidence in your ability to deliver the service.
