I never got a policy emailed to me. I checked the email address. I wrote you a letter saying I needed the full policy and no one has even answered me. You keep sending me emails asking me to give a survey but I never got a receipt if my purchase nor proof of policy. Only a policy number. And ZERO response when I emailed you asking for help. I will not purchase arrange from you again.

First time website crashed at payment page, called helpline, friendly staff in Ireland explained about bank Holiday and not wanting to take further payment in case it shows in the following 3 days. The friendly staff member called me back after 4 days as promised to confirm non payment and advise me to do form again online.
