Excellent support
I am very impressed with the service Good Life Sorted offer. When I contacted them for help for my mother I wasn't really sure what to expect and was quite surprised that they wanted to hear about what my mother was like and her interests. This was in order to match her up with the most suitable helper and I am pleased to say they did really well with that. Dorothy is a godsend. She is kind, efficient and dedicated to doing the best she can to help my mother and will do absolutely anything from walking and talking to cleaning. I am so grateful to know that Dorothy is there helping my mother when I cannot.

The content and feel of this survey is aggressive, which makes me not want to co-operate. (This may say more about me).
Excellent carer
Excellent carer, very organised, would highly recommend. My mother is well looked after and is very happy. Thanks Good life sorted!
Easy to arrange, excellent support
The person that supports my brother is thoughtful, kind and professional. She treats him like the intelligent man he is even though he has long term mental health issues and physical health challenges. He is happy she helps him - which is very rare. We feel lucky to have her and hope she continues.
They do not cover my area but are advertising on Indeed
Heavily advertising on Indeed in my local area, you apply and they tell you they are not recruiting in my area and don’t yet cover it. So why are you advertising in my area. Waste of time. It’s also not a job, it’s fully self employed it looks to be just a directory service with for carer staff. Kind of like uber or justeats for carers and companions and they take a commission.
Likely breaching HMRC rules on self employment v employment
I was going to apply for work as an Elderly Companion but after reading the vacancy terms and conditions, I have to obtain Public Liability insurance as apparently I'd be self employed. Yet the company pays you, not the individual you support and so, legally, I should be an employee and the company paying NI & pension contributions on salary deductions for taxes, etc.
Highly recommend - outstanding support and service
I can’t recommend good life sorted enough. Mum has dementia and struggles to understand that she needs support now. She lost her husband last year and apart from myself has very little family support. I am supporting my mum extensively remotely but I live two hours away, am disabled and I work full time, so I can’t get there as often as I’d like and it’s been exhausting trying to meet all of mums needs and achieve a good quality of life for her, or myself. Introducing Keeley as a friend to help support mum with her independence has done wonders for mums self-confidence and quality of life. Keeley is 100% reliable and nothing is ever too much to ask. In addition, she is so creative and proactive, suggesting and facilitating activities from taking Mum to a stately home to visit a butterfly house to boat trips out across the Harbour or to go for afternoon tea by a castle, she has given Mum so many wonderful experiences and so much love and joy. It’s only been a couple of months since Keeley joined mums care team and her support has already had such a huge positive impact on Mum’s mental health and symptoms. It’s been and continues to be an outstanding service. From my point of view, Keeley’s clear, timely and coherent communications, reliability and support to my mum (who has severe cognitive communication difficulties associated with her Alzheimer’s) to help her attend medical appointments, buy clothes, go to the opticians and so many more things besides, has been an absolute godsend. The pressure it’s taken off me not having to do all these chores with Mum meant I was able to organise a birthday party for Mum and spend time with her on the preparations like buying a dress and eating ice-cream in the sunshine rather than rushing about trying to get all her other practical needs met. Befriending support is allowing me to spend more quality time with my mum and that’s absolutely priceless. Equally, the Good Life Sorted office team have been amazing. They found a match so quickly and such a good match for Mum. I have returned to them recently for another match to add weekend support for mum and within a week they put me in touch with Jo, who I have no doubt after our introduction call is going to be another brilliant addition to mums care team and I am really looking forward to introducing her to mum at the weekend! Such a quick turnaround and such good quality people! There aren’t enough stars on Trustpilot to reflect my gratitude. I highly recommend Good Life Sorted to anyone who needs support for themselves or their loved ones.

Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost. Unprofessional and incompetent staff with terrible management.
