Help I could rely on.
During the pandemic we had a crisis to solve with my mother. We were recommended to this company and their help has been invaluable. When I could not be there I could have total confidence in the sensible and experienced care given by Karen, and she has made a huge difference to my mother's life.
My mums loves the lady that visits her
My mums loves the lady that visits her, they go for a walk, play games and she even manages some housework. Can not put into words how she has changed my mum’s life.
Good slice Sorted
I have received very good service from this organisation. The lady who is my helper is most pleasant and efficient. She is so kind and thoughtful to my husband who suffers from dementia and to me. She is always prepared to help in any way.
Very happy with service
Very happy with service, would highly recommend helper and company to family and friends

We were going to use this company to help our Disabled 80 year old Mum
We were going to use this company to help look after our disabled 80 year old mum. Our experience wasn't good and went as follows: We met the person at the first visit, whilst she seemed nice enough the information the helper provided was vague and a little evasive (the impression we got was that there was something not being said). I contacted the company, whose contract is worded in such a way that they are trying to ensure they have absolutely no liability, transferring all liability to the self-employed people they place into people's homes. I asked for a copy of the person's DBS & Public Liability Insurance certificates. The company refused to provide them, saying the people are self-employed and they provide them. However when I asked the person, they were unwilling to provide copies of their DBS or Public Liability insurance, strange as these documents are vital to show trust. In particular as our mum is a vulnerable person. The company quoted GDPR restrictions, however as they are operating as a business, that argument doesn't stack up. It's a reasonable request and they should, in my opinion, have them ready and available to show potential customers. The person they sent attended for 1 visit, but next day said she couldn't continue for personal reasons. Seems strange and was somewhat upsetting for Mum who'd taken a long time to build up the courage to have someone, only to find they dropped her the next day without any real explanation. Not a good way to do business. Overall we've decided not to use this company again going forward, you can decide for yourself. FOLLOWING THE REPLY FROM Good Life Sorted The helper "showed" documents, but would not provide a copy. Why is that, what's to hide? I was present when the helper first visited (permitted under COVID restrictions as Mum is in our Support Bubble and we are her carer's). There were no COVID19 safety precautions at that visit, none of us wore masks and due to the size of the flat 2 metres was difficult to maintain. This was not raised as a concern at the time, if it had been we'd have taken steps for the following visit. In my business we ensure a COVID 19 policy is sent to our clients to ensure they are aware of health & safety requirements, we explain to those present in properties our COVID 19 safety requirements and if these are breached we raise it with the client and possibly cancel our visit. This company obviously have a different policy, however that was not communicated to us in any formal way. Should it haver been? Interesting that you've researched this and know who we are. I never provided that information to you, yet you seem to be able to find records of conversations when we didn't provide any names to avoid upsetting Mum. You run your business as you choose to do of course, suffice to say I find the way you do so not transperent enough. Like any business you can choose to adopt a defensive position, find excuses, blame others, etc... Alternatively you could also choose to review your systems, deal with the valid points raised and/or ensure that going forward others don't have a similar experience. over to you. No need to reply, we've moved on.
Sue and Good Life Sorted are amazing
Sue is amazing, she is so professional, flexible, caring and supports my 90 year old Mum with such joy! She has become a regular, trusted companion at a time when my dear Mum needs support to maintain her independent living status. The team, Constantine and Sue are diligent and a pleasure to deal with. Since engaging their services Mum and I have been able to maintain more of our Mother / Daughter relationship as she ages and has more needs. I also feel supported in keeping my own life and career on track. I highly recommend this company and service.
