Very poor service. A Deed Poll application that was consistently poorly handled by the legal assistant. The forms were incorrectly completed; was invoiced the wrong amount and the Deed Polls were issued unsigned and unendorsed. I had to correct repeatedly, which was never a problem, but left me wondering what I didn't know! Also, the advice that an unenrolled Deed Poll was acceptable in most places proved untrue.
