After picking van up in November and supposedly being checked we had no working washers and massive water leak on way home. We got this fixed at our cost and now after a blowout on m62 in Friday night traffic we find locking wheel nut has been removed.Phoned them to see if they had it.No As the only owner of a new van they say they haven't seen it. Obviously they have and again we find the van has not been checked properly before handing over. Waste of time trying to talk to them. Wouldnt recommend after sales service at all

Very easy to change my vehicle and Paul was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend for customer service and vehicle turnout standard. Everything perfect.

Bought a van from this firm to replace a vehicle that had just been identified as a total loss. Initial enquiry was answered by Pete who was wonderful and saw that all requirements were met including coming in to the office on a Saturday morning to assist with collection. The van is a van, its described and sold as a van so no issue. Customer service from Pete was excellent and professional, the hand over and presentation of the vehicle was extremely high.
