Bought a snuggler sofa (bargain end of line). Great help from Chrissie in the Leeds store. Delivery was delayed by one day but the communication was around that was good.

Felt free to browse without an overly eager sales person interrupting. Once we found some things we were interested in we asked for assistance and Paul Dacre leapt into action. Explained everything, checked for different variants, and availability, then once we’d made up our mind the ordering process was extremely simple, and within 30 minutes of leaving the shop customer service contacted us to arrange delivery. Couldn’t ask for better service.
