We had been liaising with Chiana via e-mail since our first store visit a few weeks ago and then met with her. She has been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and we're very happy yo place an order.

We visited the Barker and Stonehouse Outlet at the metrocentre, and from the moment we came through the doors the staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. There was exceptional service from Steven: he was very easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable about all the items we looked at, and was great with our little boy (even helping us carry the pram up the stairs).
