Great delivery experience

Had a couple of Sofas delivered by Gary and Terry. Fantastic experience, text the day before with a 2 hour slot. Phone call the day of with an estimated time, and arrived within 5 mins of that. Lovely guys to deal with, friendly and efficient.

ZAK and STU delivered my dining table…

ZAK and STU rang and gave me warning they were arriving shortly Both guys were friendly, respectful and helpful, they assembled my new dining table quickly and efficiently and demonstrated how to use the extending feature. They were a credit to Barker and Stonehouse.

Zak and Stu delivered the replacement…

Zak and Stu delivered the replacement parts for my bed (warranty replacement). Very polite and helpful. The fitter was also very nice and gave me some good advice.

Great Service

We had a few items delivered by Paul & Jasim who were incredibly polite. They took the furniture up to the room we needed it which meant navigating stair gates which they didn't cause any fuss about. Barker & Stonehouse should be very pleased to employ such great delivery people!

Marty and Ish were excellent!

Marty and Ish Blaydon were really careful with the walls and house while they were delivering and setting up our new sofa! The delivery slot stayed the same and there were no delays! Thanks for an excellent service.

The delivery guys Simon and Wojciech, were amazing from start to finish. They were professionals and made sure that my furniture went to the correct rooms as requested. Delivered damaged sofa, not fixed 10 months later.

Ordered a sofa in Feb 24, arrive 8 weeks later with damage. Recorded c.18 images and customer service said they would replace but it risks damage in transit or get a repair person out and order cushion covers etc from the manufacturer. Aug 24 I received 2 parcels with the covers and new material. No follow up from customer service. I contacted them to chase it up and they sent someone round, in Nov 24. Only half the replacements were in the parcels and the specialist could do half a job. Didn't receive a follow up from customer services so contacted again in Dec 24. Was advised that the missing parts would be re ordered but wouldn't be until new year. B&S haven't contacted me since and I am sick of having to chase constantly, when the sofa was very expensive and received it very damaged.
