Great experience from start to finish. Really helpful salesperson in the Hove storeroom who talked us through options. We chose the Harrington chaise in the end, which is huge and very comfortable, and was a really good price in the sale. The ordering process was easy and it was delivered two weeks before it was due, with good communication along the way. Paul S and Steve Y, who delivered the sofa, were really friendly and efficient, and got the sofa in the house and set up in minutes. I can't say how the sofa will wear yet, but I would definitely buy from B&S again based on my experience so far!
