Brilliant experience, love my items and Thomas and Kevin were very helpful

Bought the absolutely stunning- but big - Haynes sideboard from the gateshead branch. Our 3rd bit of furniture from there now. Customer service in the shop is great but the delivery guys - wow! As another reviewer said - the cherry on the cake. Had Dean and Don this time. Ours is a quicky cottage. By that I mean small doors, low ceilings, awkward corners, funny steps. They tried getting in the front and after many manoeuvres up stairs and down had to concede defeat. No worries - they took it round the back, up some little twisty stairs and through the kitchen to the final resting place. And this is a big, heavy sideboard!! All the time smiling and telling me not to worry as I was panicking at this stage. Then they polished it up and made sure it was properly centered. 2 lovely guys and an absolute credit to the company. I love the furniture the company does - great quality and well-made, but 3 times now the delivery guys have been amazing so really wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

We called into the Guildford Branch three times to select a new dining table and chairs. Sales Consultant Chiana Edwards was outstanding. She had very good knowledge of the products, was attentive and professional yet avoided any pressurised sales techniques allowing us as long as we wanted to look, discuss and select our furniture. At all times she was considerate and helpful and we will without doubt return to this fabulous shop again soon.

We love our new sofas and are testing the reclining buttons thoroughly! Michael H and Jamie S did a great job getting the sofas upstairs too

Peter and Lee delivered our bed today, 28 January 2025. Both were helpful, friendly, and informative particularly in explaining how the company had failed to send a fitter to assemble the product. They were thoughtful in removing their shoes during the delivery and did their utmost to ensure the packages were safely and correctly positioned in the room. Their approach and politeness was of the highest standard.

Didn't have much to do with Barker and Stonehouse as we bought off the Internet. Delivery lads Thomas and Luke were excellent,fast and efficient when assembling the table and took away all the rubbish. Good set of lads
