Great communication from start to finish. Informed by text the day before of approximate delivery time and then rang by driver on the day who told us when he'd be arriving. Very pleasant delivery by Marty and Ali from the Blaydon warehouse. Very satisfied with overall service

Faultless order and delivery service

Faultless order and delivery service. Online ordering had all the info we needed. Bed frame made from FSA Certified recycled/reclaimed wood, so genuinely sustainable. Dean and Don turned up on time and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Whole experience was a pleasure from walking into the lovely showroom at the metro to communication and early delivery. Always head to B&S for all furniture as always find what I want in their showrooms not matter which room. Delivery men Michael H and Dave A were excellent, polite, friendly couldn’t fault them.

3+ Months Waiting for a Couch, Horrible Delivery Service

We ordered a couch in November and after waiting for it for 3 months, the delivery team arrived and said they could not deliver it because it did not fit in our lift and they were not insured to carry it up the stairs. 1) When we bought the sofa the store assistance told us the couch was modular and it could fit in the lift 2) when I called customer service they said it was our fault for not telling them the size of our lift even though they never asked us. They reorganised delivery for this week and when we called to confirm that this time they would bring a team that could carry it up the customer assistance first could not find the scheduled delivery, when they did we asked them if they would definitely bring a team to carry it they said the did not know. Abysmal service and still no assurance that we will receive our couch.
