Only ever heard great things about E3D within the printing community and I understand why! The service from order to delivery has been fantastic, I've been kept updated at every step. I ordered a Vulcano upgrade set from E3D and it arrived as promised within 48hrs of posting (actually less). The quality of the product is impeccable. When comparing cheap nozzles to those from E3D one can see the difference on machining, i.e smooth surface at the tip of the nozzle and inside the hole. The kit came with all required parts and was easy to fit. The availability of information online is extremely good. Good to see the company carrying on following the sad loss of Sanjay

E3d is allways top the one star you loose is for fedex priority mail. they made a mistake putting the packet on the wrong route.

This is a really good hotend, but You should change or check the connectors especially the one for 24V. My hotend didn´t got hot. I fixed the connector and now it works.

Very frustrating that I need to order the part in the first place, the reason for replacement this part on my printer was due to a known fault with the lubrication in the bearing causing the part to fail. I have had to purchase the items to fix a manufacturing fault.

Ordered the Titan Lid Replacement Kit for my CR-10 V3. The package arrived in good condition in Belgium. 2 remarks : 1 - By the time it arrived I payed almost 9 times the price of the item on shipping and customs cost. 2 - How come you put in a bearing that desintegrates after a couple of hours of printing? Except for the remarks I'm very happy with the product.
