Parts in Stock, FAST Shipping!!

Prusa didn't have the hot end parts I needed in stock. E3D had them; it was easy to identify them and complete the purchase. Shipping was amazingly fast!! Count me among the happy customers that will be back for a REVO 6.

I had really bad experience regarding shipment. it's been more than a month and there is no progress in the shipment. i don't know where the shipment is actually. I have no clue, how to resolve this problem.

Had bought the hemera direkt kit and heat upgrade path

Had bought the hemera direkt kit and the heat upgrade path for for the V6 as recommended. Turns out the hemera got a specific heatbreak not included in the current heat upgrade path so i had ordered the wrong heatbreak. Called the support that within 5 min promised me a new hemera heatbreak at no cost. Why is not every company like this? Will update if there is any change.

Delivery was in time

Delivery was in time. However, the time delay of delivery was caused by customs. Unfortunately I payed 25% above the price, including VAT, due to customs. Although this custom matter, I will not hesitate to visit E3D-Online next time. Their products are of high quality and standards.
