I love Munchery. The food is always tasty and I usually get 1 1/2 servings from each meal. I order from them frequently, so unfortunatley I have had my share of the delivery being late, so that is what -1 star is for.

The food is always delicious. For me I would prefer fewer "healthy" items, ie tofu, grains, kale, etc. And for every chicken leg offered you must have 20 variations on breast meat. But what I order is always tasty and I usually find something I want.

Food is sometimes great, other times not too tasty and very fattening. We are consistently getting food delivered after our window with no apologies. I called to complain to their customer service department and they didn't offer apologies or to comp us in anyway.

I've been with you folks from the beginning but I just have to say, considering the competition you have in San Francisco, you've become quite corporate and conservative in your approach to variety - how on earth could you have written off the whole roasted chicken you used to always offer, not enough of a profit margin? Quite disappointing, I'm turning to trycaviar.com more often and I can order from Mission Chinese Food and have them deliver all the way from the Mission to Russian Hill for a far more interesting experience...I've spent a small fortune with you over the years, but you folks have become predictable and what's worse, quite boring. Please change it up!

Tasty and quality meals, reliable delivery service, reasonable prices

The main dishes constantly change. It's good and bad. It's hard to get the ones you like when they only show up sporadically. The variety is nice. With paying a monthly fee and deliver and tips... ordering more than once a week is a bit much. The variety of sides has declined which is a huge bummer. I liked when they had side salads and veggies. They are perfect for a light lunch. Ther kids meals are good and also make for a nice light lunch. Love the desserts and breakfasts, although it would be nice for more variety on the breakfast.. a frittata... more than one quiche a week. Overall it's great if you want good food and have no time or a tiny kitchen and no ac. It's great to take to work as well. The food quality over all is pretty consistently good. Too many fees though with a diminishing menu. Holiday weeks suck. No selections and you are still paying for full service. It would be great if they were open on weekends and lost with the delivery fee or monthly fee.

Really good, reliable meal delivery. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality. They offer a variety of meals so it doesn't get boring. Customer service has been friendly and helpful.

I would prefer there were more choices of non-spicy foods. Otherwise, I feel , the quality is high. I especially enjoy the chicken dishes. The delivery service is top notch!

I like how easy it is to order onine whenever I want without having to use a recurring schedule. I like the different meal options and variety. The meals are tasty and filling.

i love this food and service my only complaint is that often the steak is too done
